Ultrapure water for oral care manufacturing is water that has undergone meticulous purification to remove impurities and contaminants. In view of our client's oral care manufacturing application, Asia Supply designed and commissioned a cutting-edge 1500L/hour ASTM type I water system to fulfil this requirement. The state-of-the-art electro-deionization (EDI) system was installed, alongside mixed-bed resins, to eliminate impurities and contaminants from the water source. Total organic carbon (TOC) and ultraviolet (UV) irradiation were also introduced to eliminate organics and germicidal bacteria. This exceptionally clean water is used in the production of oral care products such as mouthwashes, toothpaste, and dental rinses. Ultrapure water ensures the safety and quality of these products by preventing the introduction of harmful substances or bacteria. It helps maintain the effectiveness and freshness of oral care formulations, contributing to the overall hygiene and health benefits of the products. In oral care manufacturing, ultrapure water is essential for meeting stringent quality standards and ensuring consumer safety.
