Ultrasonic Cleaning for pharmaceutical components

In view of our client's ultrasonic cleaning application, Asia Supply designed and commissioned a cutting-edge 3000L/hour ASTM type I water system to fulfil this requirement. The state-of-the-art electro-deionization (EDI) system was installed, alongside mixed-bed resins, to eliminate impurities and contaminants from the water source. Total organic carbon (TOC) and ultraviolet (UV) irradiation were also introduced to eliminate organics and germicidal bacteria. The ultrapure water produced played a pivotal role in ensuring the effective removal of contaminants, oils, and residues from the components, thereby significantly boosting the ultrasonic system's cleaning efficiency.
