Mintec Pourover Coffee Appreciation (2023)

Indulge in a coffee blind tasting unique sensory experience. Asia Supply had the honour of inviting coffee aficionados, professionals, and enthusiasts to delve into the intricate nuances of coffee flavours and aromas within an unbiased and controlled environment. This immersive process involves sampling a range of coffee varieties while ensuring the palate remains refreshed between tastings, allowing each coffee to be evaluated based on its distinctive attributes, including aroma, flavour, acidity, body, and finish.

In collaboration with Raison D Coffee Works, Asia Supply curated a pour-over coffee blind-tasting event, integrating Mintec mineral water filters to explore the potential impact of mineral water on coffee flavor. Attendees were given the opportunity to compare coffee brewed with regular drinking water against coffee brewed with mineral water. The consensus among the majority of participants was a clear preference for the coffee brewed using the Mintec mineral water filter, noting its enhanced aroma and more satisfying finish.
